The Committee on Fighting Organized Crime and Corruption recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Clause 9 of the Law "On Organisational-Legal Basis of the Fighting Organized Crime and Corruption" (regarding the Investigative Force)

The bill (Reg. No6384) suggests exclusion form the Law "On Organisational-Legal Basis of the Fighting Organized Crime and Corruption" principles on the fact that the fighting organized crime structures include the investigative force bodies.

The indicated amendments enable the Ministry on Internal Affairs to withdraw investigative force from the subordination to the inquest body and include them to the single structure of the Internal Affairs Bodies of Ukraine Secretariate.
